Promotion Sunday—All Sunday school classes will meet in the sanctuary this morning for promotion Sunday. The children will be dismissed from here to their appropriate classes & the adults will hear a preview of the fall classes.
Teacher Recognition Sunday—Sunday, September 14th, we will include an insert in the bulletin with the names & schools of all of Trinity’s teachers in Public Schools, Christian Schools, Home Schools, Colleges, Universities, etc. We will recognize & pray for these teachers in each of the services during the announcements. The insert will be provided to encourage you to pray for these influential people in the lives of so many young people. If you are a teacher, please mark your attendance slip with your name & school, call the church office at 545-4271, or send an email to dbaird (at) trinityhbg.com to be included.
Wednesday Evening Bible Study and Prayer—On Wednesday evenings when Kids Club is meeting, Bob Eickelberg will lead a Bible Study and Prayer time in room 135. The Bible Study and Prayer time will go from 6:40 until 7:35 allowing time for you to drop off children and be ready to pick them up. Because of WIC @ nite, most likely those in attendance will be males, however, all are welcome to attend. In addition to Praise and Thanksgiving, Prayers of Petition will be offered before the Lord for Trinity, officers, teachers, covenant children, and for our missionaries and for outreach by individuals and the congregation.
Shepherd Group Community Pig Roast—If you have not yet signed up for the pig roast next Sunday, you can do so today by using the form on the backside of your attendance slip.
