We desire to connect men to each other at Trinity. There are a couple of ways in which we try to accomplish this.
- Once a month we have a men’s fellowship opportunity. We meet on a Saturday morning and eat some food, sip coffee, talk with each other and have a time to talk about issues that are pertinent to us as men. Sometimes we include the sons or grandsons of our men so we can build relationships across generational lines.
- In the fall we have a kickoff event for food, fellowship and cast a vision for the year. In the fall we do a conference to challenge and encourage the men of Trinity. In the winter we do a chili cook off, again for food and fellowship, and of course bragging rights for the best chili.
- Every April we have a men’s retreat. This retreat is designed not just for the men of our church, but it is an opportunity for our men to bring their sons or grandsons to be part of this multi generational event.
