Welcome to the Nursery!
Trinity encourages families to worship together even from the youngest of ages. We make available a glassed in “cry room” if parents would like to use it for infants and as they train young children in worship. Nursery and Junior Church are options for those who desire to use them.
Our goal is to provide a safe, clean, loving, and fun place for our children at church. It is also to share in the joy of caring for our children while giving parents more freedom to attend Sunday school and Worship Services without the responsibility of childcare.
Nursery Age Divisions
Infant Nursery is for ages 0 to 24 months. There is a crib room for sleeping, a corral for non-mobile infants to play, and an open area for the crawlers and beginning walkers to move around and explore.
Toddler Nursery is for ages 2 and 3. This room provides lots of open space for these children to play and move around. Steady walkers older than 18 months may be moved into the toddler room at their parents’ discretion and after consultation with the Nursery Coordinator.
Junior Church is for children ages 4 to 2nd Grade. Children begin the 10:15 AM Worship Service with their parents and are
dismissed to Junior Church at a point noted in the bulletin. The children then have a time of prayer, singing, Bible teaching, and coloring.
When Nursery Care is available
Sundays
- 9:00 am to 10:00 am: Infants and Toddlers
- 10:00 am-11:30 am: Infants and Toddlers, Junior church which dismisses halfway through the 10:15 Worship Service.
- 6:00-7:00 pm: Infants and Toddlers
We have nursery care available for Wednesday nights, Women’s Bible Studies and other events as advertised.
Health & Illness Policy
In showing love and respect to our children, we ask that you keep your children out of the nursery when any of the following exists:
- Fever over 100 in the last 24 hours
- Vomiting and/or Diarrhea in the last 24 hours
- Common cold, from onset through one week (a runny nose which is not clear)
- Sore throat
- Croup
- Skin infection or any unexplained rash
- Pink eye or any eye infection
