February 25th SUNDAY MORNING WORSHIP SERVICE is at 10:45 AM

Sunday School

Our Sunday morning Bible classes are offered at 9:00 am.  We have classes for all ages.  We work on the quarter system: September through November; December through February; March through May and June through August.

CHILDREN – Our 3 year old children through 6th graders go through curriculum by Great Commission Publications.  We have 5 classes of children:  3’s and 4’s; Pre K and K; 1st and 2nd Grades; 3rd and 4th Grades;  and 5th and 6th grades.

MIDDLE SCHOOL – Our Middle School students go through a 2 year cycling curriculum on the Westminster Confession of Faith and the Westminster Shorter Catechism.  By the time they go to high school they will have gone through both of these documents.

HIGH SCHOOL – Our High School students go through a 4 year curriculum where every other quarter is a survey of a section of the Bible or topics that are pertinent to their spiritual growth and maturity.  This quarter they are considering the cults and religions in our world and how we need to view them through the lens of scripture.

ADULTS – We try to offer a variety of topics for our adults, usually having a Bible class and a topical class.  Here are the classes we are offering this quarter for our adults.

  1. Apologetics – Discussion class based on Alvin Plantinga’s book, Knowledge and Christian Belief.  We will look specifically why many objections to Christianity are “irrational” and “unproven” don’t hold up.  We will be reminded of and practice Jesus’ command to love the Lord with our minds.
  2. God in Our Midst – This is a video featuring Rev. Daniel Hyde.  We will be encouraged to consider the “tent of meeting” by studying the particulars of this first tabernacle and we will better understand Jesus as the one who dwelt, or “tabernacled” among us.
  3. Women’s Class – This women’s class is doing a discussion on the book, “Having a Mary Heart in a Martha World” by Joanna Weaver
  4. Inquirer’s Class – Are you interested in becoming a member of Trinity?  Attendance at this class does not commit you to join, however, it will tell you what is required for membership.
