Taking the first step – whether you have never been to church, returning to church for the first time in a long time, or you are finding a new church in a new community – can be challenging. At Trinity Presbyterian Church, we desire to encourage you take that first step, and help you follow Jesus each step following. Wherever you are in your journey with Jesus, you are welcome at Trinity. We hope you will grow in your walk with Jesus and can find a church family to call home. What time do we gather? We gather for corporate worship at 10:15am and 6pm; and Sunday School at 9am. (WEDNESDAY NIGHTS HERE??????)
What should I wear? You will find a wide variety of dress, from suit and tie to jeans and t-shirts, but you will typically find most people in “business casual” dress on Sunday mornings and more casual attire on Sunday evenings.
What type of music should we expect? Expect vibrant congregational singing that points us to the truths of scripture, blending traditional hymns, psalms, and modern hymns that are accessible to all. Supported by instrumentalists and vocal ensembles, our music team’s primary aim is to create an environment that encourages congregational singing and unites voices in praising God while reflecting on His Word.
What about Children? We have lots of children at Trinity. We provide nursery for children during the 10:15 service and Sunday School, and Junior Church for children ages 4 to 1st grade during the sermon. All adults who work with children have gone through thorough background checks.
Do I have to give money? No. Just come and be our guest, and worship with us.
What can I expect? Someone to greet you at the door, provide you with a visitor gift, and help you orient yourself to the different places you will need to know, Other members may also welcome you, and get to know you. You will not be asked to stand or identify yourself as a visitor during our service.
What about communion? We observe communion the 1st and 3rd Sundays during morning worship and the 4th Sundays during evening worship. If you are interested in taking communion you can learn more by clicking here.
